Guiles Works uses the information you provide to discuss, build, and support your website. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or use a customer dashboard, we may collect your name, business name, email address, contact details, website content, domain preferences, and the messages or files you choose to provide. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Guiles Works.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, provision your website and dashboard, deliver email invitations and receipts, provide requested support, prevent abuse, maintain audit history, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Who may receive it
We use service providers needed to operate the service, including Cloudflare for hosting and database services, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payments. They receive only the information needed for their part of the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep customer account and published-site records while your website is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, billing, security, and legal recordkeeping. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@jesseguiles.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for payment, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards for private customer areas. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the enquiry form.
