Clear payment terms.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to the $199.99 launch fee and monthly or annual care fees already paid. Cancel optional care before the next renewal to avoid future charges; cancellation does not refund a paid period. We remain responsible for delivering the agreed scope and addressing covered defects. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before you pay
$199.99 one-time covers a website of up to 10 pages, setup and your first 3 months of care. After that, care is optional: $9.99/month or $119.88/year. No recurring plan starts without your agreement.
Review our delivery scope and ask questions before purchasing. We discuss separately agreed specialties before work begins.
Covered defects
For 14 days after launch, we correct reproducible defects in the delivered agreed scope at no additional charge. New features, changed preferences, new content and third-party outages are not covered by that defect correction promise.
Ending optional care
Your content and finished static website files remain yours. When included or paid care ends, ongoing hosting, domain and mailbox fees, dashboard services, updates and support end. Keeping the files does not mean free lifetime hosting. Arrange a new host and take over domain and email renewals before care ends to avoid interruptions.
We help you export and move the finished website, coordinate your domain handover and explain email backup. Handover help does not require restarting care. Features using our backend or another provider may need a replacement service.
