Your purchase

$199.99 one-time covers a website of up to 10 pages, setup and your first 3 months of care. After that, care is optional: $9.99/month or $119.88/year. No recurring plan starts without your agreement.

Extra pages, major redesigns, ecommerce, booking, custom apps and other specialty development require a separate agreement. Review our delivery scope and refund policy before paying.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to the $199.99 launch fee and monthly or annual care fees already paid. Cancel optional care before the next renewal to avoid future charges; cancellation does not refund a paid period. We remain responsible for delivering the agreed scope and addressing covered defects. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Your content and approval

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to materials you provide. Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or infringing content. Review and approve the website before launch. Project timing begins when required information and access are available.

Dashboard access

Dashboard access provides supported editing, preview and publishing controls for your delivered site while care is active. Which parts can be edited depends on the site's supported components; unrestricted editing of every custom effect or imported website is not promised. We confirm the available controls at handover and help with changes outside those controls.

Keep account invitations and email access secure. Local exports remain independent of your account.

Domain, mailbox and third-party services

During included or paid care, we cover the agreed domain registration or renewal, hosting and one business mailbox. Tell us whether you already own a domain, who currently pays for it, or which available domain name you would like. We confirm the name and mailbox setup before launch. Premium domains, extra mailboxes and specialty third-party services are not included unless separately agreed.

Third-party providers have their own terms. Payment processing, stock-media licenses and specialty provider fees are separate unless expressly included.

Ending care

Your content and finished static website files remain yours. When included or paid care ends, ongoing hosting, domain and mailbox fees, dashboard services, updates and support end. Keeping the files does not mean free lifetime hosting. Arrange a new host and take over domain and email renewals before care ends to avoid interruptions.

We help you export and move the finished website, coordinate your domain handover and explain email backup. Handover help does not require restarting care. Features using our backend or another provider may need a replacement service.

Service boundaries

Care covers agreed maintenance and support, not unlimited new development. We cannot guarantee search ranking, sales or uninterrupted third-party service. Material changes in scope or delivery timing are communicated before proceeding.
